Goods sold are not refundable. If the goods received are damaged, spoiled or not fresh, state the reason and you must inform Wild Pink Fish within 24 hours of receiving the goods with supporting documents. If the goods have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Wild Pink Fish will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods, customers will receive their refund within 2 weeks after the confirmation.
